Shop Hours:
We operate/print Tuesday - Friday 8am-4pm MST. Saturdays we live press at local events. Sundays and Mondays and all Federal Holidays we are closed. This is important for your turn around time.
Turn Around Time:
Please read your product listing, any extended shipping times will be noted there. Ready to ship in stock prints ship within 2 business days of completed order date. Customs, special orders, prints with extended turn around time ship in 7-10 business days.
Shipping:
We ship USPS. A tracking number is provided for every order. We are not responsible for packages once scanned in by the USPS. Please note: this includes packages not received on time due to a USPS issue.
Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not allow returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you reach out to us via email: thehotpressbar@gmail.com so we can discuss the issue.
Manufacture Defects: We back our product, if you have a defect with your product please email us at thehotpressbar@gmail.com. Please note: Normal wear and tear is not a manufacture defect.
Wash/Care Instructions:
To extend the life of your apparel, we HIGHLY recommend washing inside out, in cold water, with no fabric softner. While we here at The Hot Press Bar dry our shirts on low heat, all dryers are different so we recommend hanging to dry.
Solid Colors
These are true to size, you will see minimal shrinkage if you put in the dryer.
Heather Colors
These are true to size with very little to no shrinkage.
V Neck
These will have minimal shrinkage if placed in the dryer.
Racerback Tank
These are true to size, you will see minimal shrinkage if you put in the dryer.
Sweatshirts
These will have shrinkage. I suggest sizing up one for a fitted look, 2 for a oversized look.
